Nilai Harga OSMAN JAILU RM100k

"Mohd Osman kemudiannya berkata, "RM100,000".

DUN Perak bersidang 28 Oktober 2009!

Sama-sama kita tunggu.

5 Perkara yang PAS perlu ambil PERHATIAN SEGERA!

PAS, YOU NEED TO FIND YOUR WAY BACK FAST!
Written by TohKong Masjid

ANALYSIS

5435! 5435 from 2333, an increase of 133% in majority votes. Yes, I hope PAS was humbled by that number, and this loss is worst than UMNO's loss in Permatang Pasir (4551 votes).

Honestly PAS, don't you feel sad? After spending over 50 years in Malaysia being attacked by UMNO/BN day-in-day-out as the extremist Islamic party; to being able to overcome that perception on March 2008; only to lose it all 19 months later in Bagan Pinang? You were supposed to be on your way to replace UMNO as the biggest party in Malaysia. Have you asked yourself, what has gone so wrong?

1. Stop the blaming game. Take it as it is, and find the answers from within

Don't blame the voters.

Don't try to blame it Tan Sri Isa's popularity either.

The fact that you lost with a bigger majority to a tainted candidate like him, regardless whether Bagan Pinang was his stronghold or not, there must be something VERY wrong about you.

Why did 75% voters in Bagan Pinang voted against you? Ok, perhaps you wanted to say they had 4600 postal votes in hand. Fine, let's take out the 4600 votes then. Yet you still lost by 3413 votes to 2,578 votes.

So, don't even try to pin it on postal votes as well.

But the question remains, why did 57% of ground voters in Bagan Pinang voted against you across all races?

How come voters in Bagan Pinang viewed PAS's candidate in such low quality, that he was not even given the chance to beat Rohaizat's (the disbarred lawyer) score? To voters, by hook or by crook, whether it was a crook or a hook, they had to choose one before 5pm, and PAS certainly failed miserably to provide them with enough reasons to at least show some support for PAS's candidate.

So, what went wrong? Was it due to a campaign strategy gone wrong? Or was it due to the dented image of PAS caused by controversial statements from its own leaders?

2. Campaign strategy of exposing Isa Samad's bad records.

Attacking Isa Samad's past record as a MB was a very unintelligent move. Come on lar, for 22 years he was the MB, there must be so much that he had done right, compared to his wrongs, right? If his money politics scandal did not deter people from nominating him, what makes you think people will hate him for his past failed projects? Even for a very successful corporate leader, there must be some broken projects under his belt along the way.

You cannot underestimate the number of voters in Bagan Pinang that Isa Samad had helped directly and indirectly during his tenure as MB. Your actions of exposing Isa's failed projects as a MB would certainly piss them off and set off a chain reaction of disgust.

Mind you, 22 years was a very long tenure, even the baby that was born on Isa's 1st year as a MB has turned into a eligible voter in Bagan Pinang today! Most of the people grew up into eligible voters under Tan Sri Isa's leadership.

PAS's campaign strategists forgot about those young voters who benefited from MB Isa while their parents were struggling to send them to schools or universities in the past 22 years.

How would those parents of these young voters feel when they see PAS puts up so many posters about Isa Samad's past which to them, were not comparable to the good deeds he had done as a MB? I believe they would have told their children (the young voters) something like this: "PAS was no where to be seen when your father or mother was struggling to feed you. MB Isa helped us before. Don't vote for PAS because they had smeared Isa's name as MB."

Instead of attacking Isa's past, PAS should have adopt the psychology attack strategy in wooing the young ones in Bagan Pinang by increasing their political awareness. By playing the sentiments over Isa's candicacy against their morale barometer and religion beliefs would have driven more young voters over to PAS.

The young voters (in the age of internet) were way easier to convince compared to their parents. Once we were able to convince the young ones, they could have go back and shared with their parents about the country's future if they were to vote for BN. They could have convinced their parents that a vote for BN is a vote to endorse their corruption practice and their super lousy way of governing the country. They could have set off a chain reaction to make people accept PAS and PR as the better party for Malaysia.

This wrong strategy by PAS had drove an extra 1,551 votes to BN instead of reducing the majority. There's a valuable lesson to be learnt here by PAS's think-tank and election strategists.

3. Confusing Signals from PAS

Fortunately for PAS, you need not to look far, as the answers were staring right in your face. The answers were so clear that there's something wrong with PAS when Zulkefly Omar could not answer these questions (below) posted by TheNutGraph (on 7 Oct 2009 http://www.thenutgraph.com/zulkefly-omars-dilemma):

a. What is his stand on concert banning, as called for by central PAS Youth against both Danish soft-rock band Michael Learns to Rock and US R&B diva Beyonce Knowles.? b. What is his stand on the open sale of alcohol? c. What is his position on the whipping sentence dropped on Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarnor?

Have you give it a thought on why Zulkefly Omar (ZO) refused or could not offer any answers to the 3 questions above? Was it his fault to not able to answer those questions?

Perhaps....

i. 1st possibility - ZO did not know what was the real party's stand on those 3 issues.

Whenever PAS-DAP-PKR met and came out with the statement "the matters were solved" at then end of the meeting, he did not know exactly what they really meant by the word "solved" because PR never explained how the matter was solved. PAS did not explain what was their final stand on those issues. If ZO was confused about his party's stand, I believed the voters were even more confused.

Image Whenever theres a controversial statement made by a certain PAS leaders, PAS top leaderships never responded quickly enough to counter those statements.

More often than not, they let those controversial statements to float around until enough damage was done before stepping in. Most of the time, they would tell everyone that the matter is now closed without telling us exactly whats their final stand was. In the end, the people are left alone to judge PAS's stand on their own, and this is bad for the party.

ii. 2nd possibility - ZO had the answers to the above questions, but he knew his answers were going to piss off Pakatan Rakyat leaders or the non-Muslim voters so he decided to stay mum.

But can you blame ZO for not answering? Who dug up those holes for him to walk in? PAS itself dug the hole subconsciously for playing the rat race with UMNO to prove who is more Islamic between them.

For instance, in the beer fiasco, PAS Selangor was probably trying to prove themselves they are the real protector of Islam instead of UMNO. It was just a mind game without strategy to prove a useless point using the wrong way.

Why PAS's top leadership never thought of using the signboards "Judi adalah haram di sisi agama Islam" hanging in the 4D gambling shops as an example to do some real study? If those signboards cannot deter a Muslim from betting, does it really matter if those beers are sold in the Muslim-majority area?

Is there a need to prove PAS is more Islamic than UMNO by playing such high-stakes game? Is there a need to be caught up in this game while getting yourself being cornered politically?

4. Something is terribly wrong with the people perception of PAS lately.

Subconsciously, after a series of victory in Peninsular by-elections, PAS has lost track on its real focus. They did not realize they had started playing with empty rhetoric, meaningless slogans while trying hard to label UMNO as a corrupted party. During these times, PAS did not do anything to improve itself, instead they are actually regressing to the old PAS.

Since March 08, PAS has stopped putting in more effort into turning 'PAS for ALL' slogan into actions. They hallucinated that the non-Muslims votes are going to stay with them as long as 'PAS for ALL' slogan is chanted everyday like the 1Malaysia slogan. They forgot about the 'value of the people believing' in 'PAS for ALL' slogan was the recipe why people across racial divides decided to vote for them in all previous by-elections.

PAS's internal bickering since the unity government fiasco had sent a variety of confusing signals about PAS's real identity to the rakyat. The benefit of the doubts that the rakyat gave to PAS on the past few by-elections are now gone for good.

Image PAS has to restart to brand themselves all over again. Rhetoric and slogans can only last so long as they refused or ignorant to learn from current UMNO's predicament.

5. Who are the real you, PAS?

If you happened to forget who you are, PAS, allow me to remind you.

PAS is a multi racial party who fights for Islam. You are not a Malay party like UMNO, but you are just a party dominated by Malays.

So, now how does PAS want to show its Islamic side to be accepted by all MALAY-sians?

The rakyat knows that PAS and Islam is inseparable. Therefore, fighting for Islam is completely acceptable to non-Muslims. The only problem is that lately it seemed very evident to the non-Muslims that PAS put more focus on petty issues rather than the big picture in their fight for Islam, which is to emphasis on fighting corruption, "kebajikan awam", fairness and transparency in all PR state's government.

PAS, you need to find your way back fast! Remember "PAS for ALL" was your best selling slogan, now you just have to focus to put it into actions. It is just that simple!

You paid a very cheap price in Bagan Pinang to realise that something has gone wrong in your struggle and focus. You should be glad that "Status-quo" is the cheapest price to lose an election for a good wake-up call!

Apa MUSLIHAT UBN bila SPR kata "Calon dinasihat teliti isi borang"

PORT DICKSON 1 Okt.

_____________

Takkanlah dah 12 kali PRU dan banyak kali PrK baru sekarang SPR nak PERINGATKAN?

Ada muslihatkah kali ini?

Yang saya tau, CALON UBN yang SELALU buat KESILAPAN BESAR! Bukan kesilapan kecil!!!

Calon BN dinasihatkan buat AKUAN BERSUMPAH

BUKIT MERTAJAM 19 Ogos — Timbalan Perdana Menteri Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin meminta calon Barisan Nasional (BN) pada pilihan raya kecil Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Permatang Pasir Rohaizat Othman supaya memberi kenyataan bersumpah jika perlu bagi menjelaskan kedudukan sebenar isu pembatalan lesen guaman sivilnya.

Kalau dah rasa betul, buat apa nak SUMPAH. Nanti dimamah SESUMPAH.
Pinjam kata-kata para Munturi BN, kalau betul, bawa jadi kes MAHKAMAH sahaja. Sumpah I tak tipu you!

Laporan Polis Ketua DAPSY, H1N1 & Gula

SKRIP LAPORAN POLIS

Minggu depan penamaan calon PrK Permatang Pasir. Mesti hangat & hangit.

Tertunggu-tunggu jugak Pak Menteri kata, "Pemimpin PR mempolitikkan isu H1N1". Hmmm ye lah tu. Tak habis-habis politik. Asal pemimpin PR bersuara sahaja maka setiap perkara akan jadi POLITIK.

Gula pulak apa cerita? Aduyai... Mat Monggol Mat Monggol.....

HATI-HATI Speaker & Timb. Speaker DUN Selangor

1) Speaker dan/atau Timbalan Speaker (MUNGKIN) diculik/terculik dan/atau HILANG;

2) 8 atau 9 ADUN Lompat Parti dan/atau isytihar jadi ADUN Bebas;

Peruntukannya berbunyi...

Be careful with H1N1. Virus tu very STRONG... Pesakit yang kena memang SUFFER nak RECOVER... NO VAKSIN..

Beginner stage

Batuk, selsema, demam, sakit tekak, bila terbesin bunyi tak kuat.

Second Stage

Susah bernafas, simptom macam asthma but not asthma, at this stage if you touch the person, or breath in the same room 80% boleh kena... Masa ni kena kuarantinat hospital. Masalahnya sekarang dah ramai yg kena.. Hospital tak cukup katil & bilik kuarantin.

Critical Stage

Lung infection. Bila X-Ray we can see the virus covered the lung. Very scary bila tengok x ray Pesakit H1N1. At this stage pesakit need oksigen with highest level, Strongest Anti-Vral.. very high drug. At least 7 days oksigen kena bagi. % to recover depend to age, immune badan pesakit.

Virus H1N1 ni VERY genius virus.. Can HIDE in our body (Pandai main SOROK-SOROK)... Difficult to detect. Only can detect thru swap which the cost is RM1k above. Unable detected in blood as well.. When they start action...Can kill the person if the body imune does not strong. For those have baby atau anak2, U & ur family do not go to crowded place, better WEAR MASK when u outside from home. The vaksin will come to Msia in Nov-Dec 2009. So far, hanya lelaki dewasa can fight the virus.... woman might be 70%, children most probably payah nak lawan virus ni.Take care You & Your Family.

UBN mahu I.S.A Kekal : Anda mahu kekalkan UBN?

By Wong Chin Huat

A FRIEND asked on Facebook: "[The Barisan Nasional] (BN) insists [on keeping the Internal Security Act (ISA)]; do you want to keep the BN?"

This question is spot on. It simplifies many issues into a single concern. It almost frames for Malaysians a referendum question — that is, a public vote over a single issue. Do we want to live in a country like this?

Metaphorically, the 1 Aug 2009 pro- and anti-ISA protests were a referendum waiting to be put to the vote. But as it turned out, it isn't just about the ISA anymore. The BN may have disagreed with the call to repeal the ISA, but did it need to make 589 arrests in one day? Did it need to rough up the elderly, women and children? Did it need to fire tear gas on Masjid Jamek as if it were another Gaza? Did it need to spray water cannons on Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman as if it were Bangkok during the Songkran festival?

We can always agree to disagree on laws and policies, but we cannot agree to disagree on the use of violence.

Violence is exactly what 1 Aug was about, and it's what tens of thousands of us who were fired at with water cannons and tear gas in central Kuala Lumpur will remember, whether we were there to demonstrate or to shop.

Like 7 May, the day democracy was brutally raped in Perak and Malaysia, and 16 July, the day Teoh Beng Hock was found dead after 11 hours of interrogation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, 1 Aug has become a day to determine the nature of civility. Never mind that the anti-ISA rally was less organised and successful than the Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (Bersih)'s rally on 10 Nov 2007.

In every country, people quarrel over politics. In every marriage, partners argue. But in most nations today, political violence, like domestic violence, is no longer tolerated. You quarrel, but you don't beat people up. It's called being civilised.

Thus, the referendum on 1 Aug is really about our nationhood. Is Malaysia a civilised or barbaric nation?

akhirnya atas prinsip PROFESIONAL, kami dilepaskan.

Mohamad Fakri Syah Rosli, 11 tahun menjadi mangsa ke-8 penyakit influenza A (H1N1).

THE Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) regrets to note that in the process of dispersing the 15,000-strong crowd marching in protest of the Internal Security Act (ISA) in Kuala Lumpur on 1 Aug 2009, the police used tear gas and water [cannons] excessively, which also affected bystanders.

The day of the public assembly ended with the police reportedly arresting [nearly] 600 people and 44 juveniles aged between 13 and 17 years old at different locations in the city.

In this regard, Suhakam strongly maintains its stand that the people have the right to participate in peaceful assemblies. Suhakam has consistently urged the government to consider and take into account the recommendations made by the commission on freedom of assembly, as enunciated in the reports of the Kesas Highway and KLCC Bloody Sunday Public Inquiries.

It is therefore recommended that in the event where police find it necessary to control or disperse a crowd, proportionate and non-violent methods should be invoked.

In addition, it is also Suhakam's grave concern that the children who were arrested during the rally were handcuffed, detained and held under remand together with the rest of the adult protesters.

Suhakam would like to draw the government's attention to its obligations to observe and protect the rights of children as stipulated under the Child Act 2001 and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Consequently, in view of the situation that took place last weekend, Suhakam urges the government to seriously consider Suhakam's recommendation made since 2003 to repeal the ISA due to its nature of detention without trial, which is clearly an infringement of the principles of human rights.

Suhakam would like to reiterate its stance that the ISA should be repealed and replaced by a new comprehensive legislation that balances national security and human rights, [such as] a specific Anti-Terrorism Act to deal with anti-terrorism and mass acts of violence.

Vice-Chairperson

Apabila DEMO dikatakan >> Dipolitikan dan Menyusahkan

Semalam, 1 ogos 2009, di negara 1Malaysia sekali lagi menyaksikan PERUNTUKAN Perlembagaan diCABUL oleh pihak UBN yang BUAT MASA SEKARANG masih/sedang memegang tampuk pemerintahan KERAJAAN Persekutuan. Tatkala mereka masih berkuasa, mereka memang punya KUASA PEMUTUS untuk semua perkara. Itu BUAT MASA SEKARANG. Selepas PRU13 nanti, kita BELUM TAHU lagi. Kita tunggu & lihat.

Perlembagaan Malaysia melalui BAHAGIAN II, Perkara 10 (1) (b) memperuntukkan:-

"all citizens have the right to assemble peaceably and without arms". JELAS dan TERANG lagi bersuluh.

Demonstarsi MANUSH I.S.A 1.8.2009 dikatakan DIPOLITIKAN oleh pihak tertentu.

Pendek kata, bersuara sahaja pemimpin PR, maka hukumnya POLITIK.

1) Buat Roadblock (tutup 3 laluan kepada 1 jalan) & kununnya menahan & memeriksa kenderaan yang yang menghala ke pusat bandar;

2) Menutup jalan-jalan;

3) Mengarahkan kenderaan-kenderaan patah balik;

4) Dan yang penting, KERAJAAN mana yang MENCIPTA I.S.A ini?

Siapa yang memulakan PENYUSAHAN ini?

Alangkah bagusnya jika ada pihak yang :-

1) MENGURUSKAN lalulintas yang menghala ke pusat bandar akan lebih lancar;

SHAH ALAM - After a morning spent hearing from the Attorney-General's team and lawyers representing Teoh Beng Hock’s family, the state of Selangor and the Bar Council, the magistrate decided to postpone the inquest into Teoh’s death to Aug 5.

The biggest surprise of the morning was the Attorney-General's team being led by criminal lawyer Tan Hock Chuan instead of the deputy public prosecutor which is the usual practise.

1. 'SIASATAN TERHADAP DATO' SERI RAFIDAH AZIZ Y.B. MENTERI PERDAGANGAN ANTARABANGSA DAN INDUSTRI; dan

2. 'SIASATAN BADAN PENCEGAH RASUAH TERHADAP Y.A.B. TAN SRI ABDUL RAHIM BIN TAMBY CHIK (B1), KETUA MENTERI MELAKA'.

Heheh...

Jangan biarkan diri anda diselubungi MISTERI......

Demo Anti-ISA vs Pro-ISA : 1 Ogos 2009

Saya MIMPI bertemu TEOH BENG HOCK

Written on July 17, 2009 in Chinese and published in “Sin Chew” today (July 20, 2009). This is the English translation.

I dreamt of Teoh Beng Hock. He was looking at me, silently.

I whispered: “Was it an accident, suicide, manslaughter or murder?”

There was no response.

I asked: “Some say that you were free by half past three, but you chose to stay behind in order to rest. Is this true? Is it because your bed at home is not comfortable?”

Beng Hock said nothing.

I asked again: “It appears that you did not even notify anyone that you were free to go but opted to stay behind instead. Did you not know that all your loved ones and your friends were worried about you?

Half turning, Beng Hock appeared to be moving away. “Please don’t go!” I pleaded. He stayed.

Are the things I hear true? Should I believe them?”

He remained silent.

Say something, please?”

After a pause, Beng Hock finally spoke. “You know, I had made arrangements to register my marriage the next day. I was looking forward to a good family life”.

I stubbornly persisted: “I heard that you had your car with you that night. Why did you not drive home immediately? Isn’t home the best place to rest?”

Beng Hock ignored me again.

Do tell me! I am a lawyer. I will disclose the whole truth on your behalf!

As soon as I said it, I realized how silly I sounded. Surely I cannot possibly tell the world : that the truth is such and such, and I know it because the deceased came to me in my dream and told me so!

In embarrassment I quickly added: “Please give me a hint, let me know where to start looking. I promise that I will do what I can to uncover the whole truth”.

Instead of responding, Beng Hock suddenly asked me: “Is every single life precious? Why is it precious?

Of course every life is precious! To live is obviously about preserving life, treasuring life”.

Beng Hock did not bother about my reply, and carried on: “Every life is precious because each of us has our own missions during our brief stay. Mine has just ended. Yours and those of millions of other Malaysians are continuing. One of your missions is to unearth the truth about my death, and then to act upon the uncovered truth

Rather hastily I replied: “But what is the point when whatever we do can never bring you back?”

He looked at me for some time, before slowly speaking: “Do you not think there will be many others who would suffer the same fate in the future if nothing is done? Whom can they turn to for help? Whom will you turn to if you become the target? Remember this, he who bothers only about his own turf will be buried alone in it when the grass catches fire.

I had no reply to offer. I was overcome with shame.

Beng Hock turned and, with the blood on his finger, wrote a few lines on the white wall, before gradually disappearing, "If the world has not abandoned justice and love, let women and men rise where I have fallen and act to halt the spread of these corrupt pollens and then my death will not be in vain".

At that moment I awoke, soaked in cold sweat, outraged and ashamed.
